1820 Connecticut Avenue, NW. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro (on the left side of the street, if you're coming from that direction). The entrance is in back of the St. Margaret's Church.

If you are walking from Dupont Circle Station, take the left side of Connecticut Ave. As soon as you reach St. Margaret's Church at 1800 Connecticut Ave, NW and 2100 Bancroft Pl, take a left at Bancroft Pl.

Go up the drive way behind the church.

Ahead on your right, against the back of the church, you will see a black steel staircase.
