Twenties Group invites Darlene Nipper to discuss with the group the State of GLBT
Politics in the District of Columbia. Darlene Nipper, the liaison for the Office on
LGBT Affairs for the Mayor of the District of Columbia, is an active member in the
GLBT community and in the DC government.
We look forward to having as many gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning men in their
twenties at this event to ask questions, participate in conversation and welcome our first
member of the DC government to a meeting since the new administration has taken office.
Additionally, we look forward to your support in publicizing this event.

12/01/2006 Twenties Group Discusses HIV/AIDS in honor of World AIDS Day
On Friday, December 1st, in honor of World AIDS Day, Twenties Group will be presenting a
discussion on the history of HIV/AIDS, living with HIV/AIDS today and prevention/treatment
issues for gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning men in their twenties. We have a condom
supply for free distribution to attendees that evening from DC Department of Health's Counseling,
Testing, and Referral Bureau, we will have Dr. Tom Price of Price Medical as our guest speaker
and authority on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, and we're trying to get red ribbons for all
the attendees that evening as well.
